Refund Policy

We hope you love your SparklyBySamiha piece. If something isn't quite right, this policy explains how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Eligibility Window
You may request a return within 14 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all tags, dust bags, or accessories. Personalized or final-sale items are not returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Initiating a Return
Contact us atreturns@sparklybysamiha.comwith your order number and photos (if applicable). We'll provide a return authorization and shipping instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
3. Refund Method
Once we receive and inspect the item, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Bank processing times may vary. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.
4. Exchanges
We gladly exchange items for a different color or product of equal value when stock is available. Exchanges follow the same eligibility steps as returns.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or provide a refund, including shipping costs, once we verify the issue.
6. Gifts
Gift recipients may receive a store credit or exchange for the value of the original purchase. Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used by the purchaser.
